• Contract service agencies; some via agency referral only
• Human service agency contract revenue comprises 8% of
   the operating budget

• Sales tax levy generates 50% of the operating revenue

These vehicles travel randomly throughout the county as door-to-door service providers, and are also used on local circulator routes in Kent, Ravenna, the KSU campus and on the Ravenna to Hiram route, which passes through Freedom, Windham and Garrettsville.
